Strategic Plan Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is a committee made up of 40+ members.  This cross section of stakeholders will collaborate with the district leadership team to craft Milford's Strategic Plan. It is critical to have stakeholders from multiple perspectives and roles.  Steering Committee members will serve as valuable thought partners during the strategic planning process by providing ideas for development of aspects of the Strategic Plan and feedback on drafts.

The Steering Committee is now full.  For those interested in being a participant in the Strategic Planning process, we encourage you to complete community stakeholder survey and to participate in a focus group (once dates and times of focus group meetings are finalized, we will publicize).
